  • First pillar of the new online brand strategy, the new website places the digital at the heart of the ambition and the evolution of Aéroports de Paris: modernize its image and offer travelers the best qualitative customer experience, at each point of contact.

    The design of this website is based on:

    • A live transcript of the airport activity: a homepage that adapts to the moment of the day, on which information and social streams pull up to enable the travelers to better prepare their arrival at (departure from) the airport.
    • An easy access to information: an uncluttered interface, available on all devices, facilitates the direct access to information, with particular attention to international travelers.
    • The preparation of your time at the airport: with its personal Roadmap, each user can easily gather all the information that concerns him/her (traffic, parking, shops, services...) to enjoy his/her time at the airport.

    This new website is only the first step of the whole digital strategy. Many other digital services, online and in situ, will follow in 2015, fed by specific behavioral information of private and business travelers, in order to turn their time at the airport into a useful and personalized time (mobility, social networks, iBeacons .. .).
